Job Summary

  • A normal day might involve planning menus and bookings, purchasing food, inventory, responsibility for self-inspection programs regarding food hygiene, introducing kitchen staff, guest contact, cash reports, and production in the business.

  • 5-10 years experience leading and developing staff
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Head Chef
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Previous experience in menu planning
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of Office package
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Environmental and quality certifications ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
