Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams.
Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years AEM and Adobe Analytics experience
Modern JavaScript stack (ES6/2017)
React experience (hooks, lifecycle methods)
Java, Apache OSGI, JCR, Apache Sling
Unit and functional testing (Jest, Cypress)
Agile methodology experience
Nice-to-have
Financial domain experience
XML and JSON web services
Strong communication and leadership
