Job Summary
This is a flagship 3-year rotational Career Development Program designed for high-potential graduates to gain hands-on experience across different roles and business areas.
The first assignment is based in Saint Quentin Fallavier, France, where you will support the Industrial Gases sales organization by providing technical and application support for advanced material processing.
Participants are supported by an Assignment Manager, a Program Sponsor, and a wider CDP network while working on relevant, high-impact projects from day one.
