This role is responsible for defining and advancing the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap for the MYOB website.
It leads the identification, sizing, and prioritisation of conversion opportunities across key website journeys and collaborates with Website Product, Development, Content, Product Marketing, and Data teams to build, test, and evaluate optimisations based on data-driven assumptions.
