This role leads all financial activity including accounting, financial analysis, cash operations, and compliance for Owensboro Racing & Gaming and Ellis Park Racing & Gaming.
The successful candidate will supervise finance teams, develop annual operating plans, and provide strategic decision support to property leadership.
Candidates must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights while maintaining a valid racing license and passing gaming suitability requirements.

Lead monthly financial forecasting
Manage external and internal audits

Experience in casino operations preferred

Advanced proficiency in SAP or JD Edwards
Master's degree or CPA preferred
Track record of cost reduction initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Minimum 8 years in accounting and financial reporting
At least 3 years managing a financial department
Must obtain and maintain valid racing license
Pass gaming licensing body suitability requirements
