Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active unrestricted RN license or Health Educator experience
  • 3+ years health and wellness clinical skills
  • 1+ year health coaching or education experience
  • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification
  • Dynamic presentation and motivational interviewing skills

Nice-to-have

  • Chronic disease management experience
  • Smoking cessation and diabetes expertise

Key Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state
  • Or equivalent experience as a Health Educator
  • Minimum 3 years of health and wellness clinical experience
  • Minimum 1 year of health coaching/education experience
  • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification
  • Strong computer and software application skills
