Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years minimum Aviation Production experience
  • Hands-on experience with drilling tools and fasteners
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Proficiency with torquing tools and design documents
  • Ability to work static 2nd shift

Nice-to-have

  • Training from vocational school or previous employer
  • 5+ years minimum experience in Aviation Production
  • Experience with application tools and techniques
  • Passion for aviation and skilled team environment

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production
  • Previous hands-on experience with drilling machines and torquing tools
  • Must be able to successfully complete Airbus provided trainings
  • Current US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
