Job Summary

  • The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for all functions relating to quality, inspection, documentation, customer quality/warranty issues, and system approvals plant-wide.
  • Develop and continuously improve standards for receiving inspection, in-process packaging, and final inspection activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train quality personnel within the quality group instilling accountability, urgency, and ownership of quality.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years quality control experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Automotive OE quality systems knowledge a plus
