Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of construction insurance underwriting and/or leadership experience in Canada
  • Extensive experience in underwriting, broking, or leadership roles within the Canadian construction insurance market
  • Undergraduate degree preferred; industry designations (e.g., CIP, CRM, FCIP) are an asset
  • Experience in managing people
  • Ability to travel as required
