As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes and support deviation management and Manufacturing Excellence.
We work five days per week from the office while balancing the expectation of presence with respect for individual flexibility, fostering an inclusive culture that champions diversity and collaboration.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GMP manufacturing experience
Supervisory and coaching skills
Continuous improvement and problem solving
Matrix team collaboration
Adherence to cGMP and safety standards

Knowledge of SHE principles
Experience with FDA regulated quality systems
Pharmaceutical operational or Chemistry/Micro roles
Leadership and people development experience
Familiarity with digital performance platforms

Key Requirements
Science/Engineering degree or relevant practical experience
Experience of GMP manufacturing
Experience working in a highly compliant or cGMP environment
