Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7 years of progressive experience in technology operations, release management, change management, or service management
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT Service Management training
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise release activities
• Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both official languages
