Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4 to 5 years Capital Markets experience
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Change Initiative Risk Assessments
Ability to manage regulatory and operational incidents
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis
Nice-to-have
MBA, CFA, or CA degree preferred
Knowledge of CIBC operating policies
Digital savviness and innovative mindset
Strong change-management communication skills
Experience building cross-functional partnerships
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree required
4-5 years Capital Markets experience
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Must be available for full-time on-site work in Toronto
