Under the guidance of their manager or more experienced facilitators, this facilitator is responsible for cultivating respectful and trusting relationships with partners characterized by mutual services.
The facilitator will develop ways to facilitate partnership relations through the Partner Management process to improve results achievement and foster a development mindset in all partnership aspects.
