Job Summary

• The Account Director will partner closely with clients to deliver exceptional service, drive strategic outcomes, and continuously elevate the client experience through creativity, data, and technology.
• This position provides leadership and management across all aspects of the accounts including Service Delivery Standards Excellence, Client Experience & Relationship Management, Talent Management and Team Development, and Financial Performance.
