  • This role serves as the key bridge between relationship managers, clients, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure trading platforms are properly implemented and supported.
  • The successful candidate will translate business requirements into technical instructions, manage client onboarding, and troubleshoot platform-related issues across equities, futures, FX, or derivatives.
  • This position offers exposure to the full trading technology lifecycle, from system setup and testing to enhancement projects, within a lean and business-facing environment.
