This role serves as the key bridge between relationship managers, clients, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure trading platforms are properly implemented and supported.
The successful candidate will translate business requirements into technical instructions, manage client onboarding, and troubleshoot platform-related issues across equities, futures, FX, or derivatives.
This position offers exposure to the full trading technology lifecycle, from system setup and testing to enhancement projects, within a lean and business-facing environment.

Must-have
3+ years trading technology experience
Trading platform implementation support
Client onboarding and troubleshooting
FIX protocol and connectivity knowledge
Bridge between business and technical teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with KTrader or TT platforms
Knowledge of colocation and SFTP setup
Ability to conduct client training sessions
Familiarity with OMS/EMS systems
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in trading technology
Prior experience in brokerage or capital markets
Understanding of order execution workflows and APIs
