Job Summary

  • Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of FRAGRANCE marketing plans and promotions in order to reach company’s target on Precision, means market share, growth, profitability and image.
  • Plan implementation of FRAGRANCE marketing plans and budgets for Taiwan market, formulate and manage marketing, consumer promotion, retail marketing event, relationship marketing and direct marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Based on palm data and external market intelligence, identify FRAGRANCE market trend and potential market segments; analyze store traffic, competitors information and market niches for marketing focus; and analyze marketing effectiveness and promotion feedback in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives to develop local marketing actions.
