Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of FRAGRANCE marketing plans and promotions in order to reach company’s target on Precision, means market share, growth, profitability and image.
Plan implementation of FRAGRANCE marketing plans and budgets for Taiwan market, formulate and manage marketing, consumer promotion, retail marketing event, relationship marketing and direct marketing plans/campaigns.
Based on palm data and external market intelligence, identify FRAGRANCE market trend and potential market segments; analyze store traffic, competitors information and market niches for marketing focus; and analyze marketing effectiveness and promotion feedback in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives to develop local marketing actions.
