Latitude Financial is seeking a Process & Capability Manager to enhance their internal Originations processes across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves leading process improvements, implementing automation, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency

Job Summary

  • This role leads the uplift of our internal Originations processes and drives system capability and friction removal across AU and NZ to continuously improve time to decision, PT%, defect reduction and operational efficiency.
  • You’ll also represent Originations in enterprise and Pay projects—acting as a key Originations owner for capability rollouts, migrations, and system enhancements—with a strong focus on reducing manual handling, increasing agent alignment, and preparing for future optimisation and AI‑enabled workflows.
