Key Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Client/customer service experience
  • Experience in corporate conference center or hotel
  • Guest-facing hospitality event experience
  • Familiarity with integrated AV systems
  • Basic operational skills for AV equipment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Experience with EMS or web-based scheduling system preferred
