Job Summary

• The Retail Regional Director is responsible for leading facilities operations across a defined region of retail branches, providing strategic and operational oversight for all workplace services, asset maintenance, engineering coordination, and capital planning.
• This position carries full accountability for regional service delivery, financial performance, contract compliance, regulatory adherence, and client relationship management while ensuring retail brand standards and customer experience expectations are consistently met.
