Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 - 18 section members, with the Section Lead role being approximately 15% of the work week.
The selected candidate will support and drive the development of capital execution rigor and long-range planning for engineering and operations capital.
Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.

Key Requirements
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

Experience presenting to executive leadership and peers
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
