The main purpose of the role is to lead the implement Manufacturing Excellence Customs & Practices {MECP} as defined by MECP CoE in the designated plant/site.
Lead and track the site’s annual productivity targets, including cost savings, efficiency gains, waste reduction, and OEE improvement.
Develop MECP talent pipeline, mentorship programs, and operator skill-matrices.
