West Texas Permian Basin pipeline experience
Crude blending economics and quality management
Team lead or supervisory experience
Experience with major trading houses
Familiarity with CTRM scheduling systems
Key Requirements
Track record of managing sophisticated high-volume programs independently
Direct experience scheduling on major Texas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma systems
Hands-on experience with crude marine scheduling and terminal interface
Understanding of basic legal framework supporting oil contracts
Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
