  • This role is responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio.
  • The NPI & LCM Manager will be the end-to-end supply chain lead on Lifecycle Management and NPI projects and lead a multi-functional team through successful execution.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring flawless and on-time NPI and LCM project execution by leading cross-functional teams, sharing clear expectations and holding team members accountable to deliver business value by committed date.
