Job Summary

  • Support daily operation of MS Teams–based VTC and conference room systems, configuring rooms and equipment to meet requirements for scheduled conferences.
  • Operate and troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment, performing routine checks and basic performance testing to ensure systems operate correctly.
  • Provide on-site support for VTC and presentation events, verifying system functionality, assisting with setup, and responding to trouble tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
