Job Summary

  • This position exists to support the processing and customer service functions of the Records Department at Lake Superior College and ensures the timely, accurate and secure recording of confidential data of Records information.
  • Customer service functions include: communicating with students regarding Admissions/Records related issues in person, via telephone and email, and serving as a resource for colleagues on Records related policies and procedures.
