Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment
  • Lifting items up to 50lbs
  • Valid and current Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field
  • Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or related field
  • Experience with building automation software
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
