Business Development Manager (Healthcare Logistics / Key Account) Location: West, Singapore (Near MRT) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm) AWS & VB provided Join a well-established global logistics organization and play a key role in expanding its Healthcare Logistics business. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in managing healthcare customers and developing integrated logistics solutions. What You'll Be DoingDrive new business opportunities and grow strategic Healthcare/Life Sciences accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Lead solution selling by developing end-to-end logistics proposals and customized supply chain solutions. Manage tender submissions, commercial proposals and contract negotiations. Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation. Analyze market trends, customer requirements and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence for key accounts. What We're Looking ForDegree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline. Proven Business Development or Key Account Management experience within the Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences / Aviation Logistics industry. Experience handling contract logistics, warehousing, transportation or integrated supply chain solutions. Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling and tender management. Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills. Candidates from Healthcare Logistics backgrounds will be highly preferred.
