Salary
Starting pay range: $21.25 - $23.25 per hour; Full pay range: $21.25 - $36.15 per hour; Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), employee discount, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, and paid vacation.

Key Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
Meet state or local licensure requirements
Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred
Ability to lead and hold others accountable
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
Work independently and as part of a team
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
Access all areas of the building
Interpret instructions, reports and information
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
