Under general supervision, supervises, coordinates and controls the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit while training staff in safety procedures.
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $90,000 - $124,500, with additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED with 5 years operational experience
Bachelor's degree in technical mining discipline with internship
Additional certifications or licensure as required
Ability to pass medical exam and required training/testing
Ability to work non-standard schedules including shift work
