Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-4 years experience in change or training roles
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Stakeholder engagement and coaching abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Nice-to-have
Experience in complex health or aged care environments
Experience developing multi-modal training programs
Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or communications
Completion of Change Management certification

Current Police Record Check required
