Job Summary

  • As the successful candidate you will work with the In-service systems engineering team in charge for Cabin & Cargo Electrics (ATA 23, 25, 26, 33, 44, 52) within the In-Service Engineering Centre Of Competence (COC), "1SYCE" siglum.
  • Answer customer daily engineering queries regarding the Cabin & Cargo Electronics for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality.
  • Launch appropriate corrective action with the relevant program and design organisation and ensure the required level of progress and follow-up during the investigation phase acting as the “voice of the customer” to ensure the problem solution is in the best interests of the customer.
