Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of Service Desk experience
  • Experience installing and configuring desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
  • Experience with Windows 11 and Applications
  • Experience with Okta, Office 365, Cisco WebEx preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • MAC knowledge a plus
