Job Summary
This position is a 12-month, tenured Associate or Full Professor role responsible for ensuring adherence to accreditation standards for all School programs.
The Director will provide comprehensive management for the School, collaborate with College and University offices, and complete all necessary reporting.

Knowledge of CACREP and HLC accreditation standards
Experience with learning management systems like Blackboard
Ability to manage unit budget and financial reporting

Active involvement in professional organizations
Record of conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications
Committed to working collegially with diverse teams
Training complementing current faculty specialties
Key Requirements
Terminal degree in Counseling, Health Education, ASL, Communication Sciences, or Sports Management
College/university-level teaching experience in relevant disciplines
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States

Residency in the greater Little Rock area during employment
