The role includes administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, supply, care plan, assessment, budget, and planning functions to support nursing services.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and maintaining licensure and certifications to provide quality care in a long-term care environment.
