Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Army National Guard HR, S1, or G1 organizations
  • 2+ years of experience with Army National Guard Systems Integration Branch or Data Processing Branch
  • Experience with identifying data sources and manipulating and extracting data
  • Experience working with databases or using SQL
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
  • Ability to conduct rapid, independent decision-making
  • Ability to lead fast-paced training delivery
  • HS diploma or GED
