Job Summary
The Vice President, Finance serves as the senior leader over Fund Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis, responsible for the integrity of fund-level financial reporting, internal controls, financial forecasting, valuations support, and strategic analytics.
This role leads the accounting close and reporting process while driving forward-looking financial strategy, cash planning, and financial performance analysis, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and scalable processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
CPA Strongly preferred

Real estate / property management experience required; SFR experience preferred
