  • Lead the training team, responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
  • Devise and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives, identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.
  • In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
