Lead the training team, responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
Devise and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives, identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
