• This role is expected to technically lead and guide test engineers distributed across scrum teams through the development of new product capabilities, features, and solutions that support business strategies and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or technical discipline and minimum of 7 years of work experience in engineering and/or quality OR advanced degree in engineering, science or technical field with 5 years of work experience in engineering and/or quality.
• Previous experience as Software Test Lead
• Hands-on experience in software testing, automation, regression testing
• Experience in creating software test reports
• Ability to distill software requirements from system requirements
