Job Summary

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of planners to develop and maintain complete, doctrinally compliant OPLAN or OPORD packages and associated annexes.
  • Produce FRAGORDs and annex updates rapidly and accurately in response to exercise or scenario changes at the discretion of military oversight.
  • Coordinate closely with MCTP military personnel, exercise designers, control staff, and customer representatives to ensure integration of plans into exercise design and execution.
