Job Summary

  • The Operations Supervisor will supervise all activities within the venue operations department while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day-to-day operations.
  • This position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff.
  • The role requires the ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
