Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while also identifying and filling team vacancies according to company recruitment regulations and MR competency models.
  • Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise MRs to ensure they provide key promotional information according to the work plan (POA) within approved collateral, ensuring understanding and adherence to the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
