Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information is used when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in resident condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
This role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident protected health information while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents.
