Job Summary

• This role serves as a senior technical contributor and integrator within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, accountable for ensuring repairs are executed in compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• The Lead Product Engineer is expected to navigate complex, cross-functional interfaces, align stakeholders, and drive progress across multiple priorities.
• Working closely with the Cell Leader and cross-functional teams, this position supports improvements in safety, cycle time, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery performance, while leading cell-level New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Cost-Out (PCO) initiatives.
