Job Description Achieve sales targets set by the company. Visit both new and existing customers to promote and secure business opportunities. Collaborate with the Commercial Department to ensure timely preparation and delivery of quotations. Assist in the preparation of quotations when required. Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities closely. Submit weekly sales reports and monthly sales plans to the Managing Director. Attend customer meetings after office hours when necessary. Maintain a strong customer focus by proactively addressing and resolving customer issues or concerns. Any other duties assigned by the Management, your superior or any of his duly authorized officers as and when necessary. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marine / Oil & Gas industry. Experience working with ship owners, ship superintendents or ship management companies is highly advantageous. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to understand products and services thoroughly. Team player with excellent planning and organizational skills. Proven track record in sales account management and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
