Job Summary

  • Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, an opportunity exists for a proactive and highly organised Human Resources Administrator to join the Oaky Creek Coal team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Human Resources team, taking ownership of time and attendance management as part of the site payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
