Job Summary

• The Operations Readiness Advisor (ORA) is a key position in the operational readiness and start up organization, responsible for managing major projects' readiness and ensuring safe and smooth start-ups within target dates.
• This role involves managing interfaces with multiple teams, providing technical support and operating guidance, and ensuring the completion of risk management studies and action closure.
• Responsibilities include leading the development of Operational Readiness Plans (ORP), managing handover of engineering information, and supporting the commissioning and safe start-up of new facilities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in hydrocarbon operations
• 5 years' experience of supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of project Commissioning, and Hanover & Completion process & procedures
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant HSE knowledge
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of control of work systems
• Significant experience in the management of risk
