Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years UX or product design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered products
Expertise in conversational and multi-turn flows
Experience with Design Systems and pattern libraries
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Nice-to-have
Background in content design or UX writing
Experience with LLM-based system constraints
Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards
Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
