Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in engineering and technical design
Proficient in motor/generator design, manufacturing process, and technical optimization
Proven experience in team management
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
