Job Summary

  • The Business Operations Analyst supports the Legal Solutions Business Unit by operating and continuously improving the business management cadence—helping produce accurate, timely, and executive-ready reporting tied to key operational metrics.
  • This role partners closely with the Business Operations Director to coordinate recurring operating rhythms (weekly reporting, Monthly Operating Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and leadership presentations), maintain performance dashboards, and drive reporting consistency across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and slide content, and able to manage multiple inputs and deadlines.
