Mondelēz International is seeking an Eop O9 Cutover Lead to oversee cutover management for the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning platform and other major transformation programs across multiple regions. The role requires extensive experience in leading large-scale ERP cutover initiatives, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Job Summary

  • You will be a critical delivery leader within the Mondelēz International Digital & Technology organization, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cutovers for the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform and other major transformation programs across NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.
  • You will own the end-to-end cutover management lifecycle across multiple transformation program waves, driving readiness, execution, and hypercare across all workstreams.
  • The Global Cutover Lead will be accountable for the overall health and execution quality of each Go-Live event and will interact directly with program sponsors and steering committee members.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience
  • 5-6 years in cutover management role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
  • SAFe certification a plus
  • ITIL Foundation certification beneficial
